Shipping Policies and Delivery Times

Estimated Shipping Time: 1 to 2 Business days
This is the estimated times it takes for an order to ship from our warehouse. Please Note: weekends and holidays are not considered business days.


Back Orders
In some cases, we may not have a specific item in stock. You will be notified of any items that are on backorder.


Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories require extra time for delivery but will NOT be charged additional shipping fees.


Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to tariffs, custom duties and associated assessment. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Custom Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charges by Salu International do not include any of these fees.


Damaged Shipments
Upon arrival of package, please make sure to inspect for any signs of damage. Please contact us promptly at info [at] saluinternational.com or 678-423-3331 so we can complete the claim form and process a replacement order.


Order Cancellations
If for any reason you decide to cancel an order please contact us immediately at info [at] saluinternational.com. If your order has not shipped, we can usually cancel the order upon notification.

If your order has already been shipped you must complete the RMA process (see RMA) to return your package. No refunds are available for shipping and handling fees and a 15% restocking fee will be added to your returned order.


Return Policy

YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA#) NUMBER FOR ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS!

Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be issued. Shipping and handling charges incurred by you when the Products were purchased will not be refunded. Items must include an RMA#.


RMA#
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number please contact Customer Service at 678-423-3331 or at info[dot]saluinternational.com. RMAs are valid for 30 days from date of issue. This # must be visible on the outside of the box. All returns must be shipped to Salu pre-paid.


Refused Products
If you order Products and refuse delivery, your order is subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Shipping FAQ

How long will delivery take?
Shipping times to your address will vary. Please allow 1 to 7 business days after the shipment date for delivery.


Salu International uses the best possible shipping method for your product's delivery. All Vital Paks are currently shipped via USPS Priority Mail to guarantee quick arrival. At this time, we cannot change the shipping method used for your products upon request.


Can I ship to a different address?
YES! Your shipping address may be different than your billing address. If you need to change your address for any extended period of time, you may contact Customer Service at 1.678.423.3331 to update your information.

Can I obtain a tracking number?
All packages shipped within the U.S. and U.S. Territories include a tracking number which you may obtain by contacting Customer Service at 1.678.423.3331 or at info [at] saluinternational.com. Packages shipped to Canada do not include a tracking number.
