The Vital-ResV and the Vital-Flex have helped me tremendously! I have had challenges with sleeping for the last several years. In fact I can probably count on two hands how many times I've been able to sleep all the way through the night in the past 3-4 years… I've also had continuous hip-joint pain from birth (hip dysplasia) and shoulder pain (dislocated 3 times) from an injury I received while playing basketball for the last 7 years.
